Hypnotherapy (First Session)

Service Description

• How long does it take? First sessions last around 90 minutes. For that reason, we ask you block of a full 2 hours in your calendar to make sure you’re not rushed. Please also don’t book important or strenuous events to happen immediately after the session – you might be feeling relaxed and sleepy and may want to take a nap or spend some time on self care.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule the appointment please give at least 48 hours’ notice. While we will do our best to accommodate emergency situations, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the full fee.
