HypnoBreathWork is a personal journey, deliberately using the breath to access what the subconscious is ready to release
HypnoBreathWork
WHAT IS IT?
Each modality of Breathwork and Hypnotherapy are very effective when practiced separately.
Breathwork alone is an ancient and powerful practice when exercising and increasing our CO2 capacity and health at a cellular level.
Hypnotherapy helps you access the subconscious mind, where many of your automatic thoughts, habits, and emotional patterns are stored. By working at this deeper level, it can help you release limiting beliefs, reduce stress and anxiety, build confidence, overcome fears, improve sleep, break unwanted habits, and create lasting positive change. Rather than simply managing symptoms, hypnotherapy supports meaningful transformation from the inside out.
Combining these, adds a profound Somatic effect and experience in accessing and releasing the stored or blocked energy to clear it at the root level for lasting change.
The Somatic release will likely have you feeling lighter at the end of a session
Typically 2, one hour sessions with a 30 minute follow up - $150 per session

Whether in Hypnotherapy or Breathwork, you are always in control. The key is to be open and experience anything that arises, as an Observer. This is a Somatic experience and you may feel the energy wants to shift in your body. That’s the goal. Trust the process. You will be gently guided in and out of this with the opportunity to discuss your experience to integrate the change taken place.

Trauma is the lasting emotional, mental, or physical impact of distressing experiences. It can show up in different ways - such as anxiety, tension, emotional triggers, or behaviours - sometimes long after the original event. Everyone experiences and responds to trauma differently, and only you can truly know how it has affected you.
-
Hypnotherapy may offer a supportive and gentle way to explore the emotional roots of trauma. In a relaxed state, you may access subconscious patterns and beliefs that influence how you respond to stress or triggers. Some people report emotional clarity, reduced tension, or a deeper sense of calm after sessions.

No, this approach does not require you to relive traumatic events directly. The techniques used are designed to be gentle and respectful, helping you release emotional imprints without needing to revisit painful details unless you're ready and willing to do so.
-
Unresolved trauma can influence many aspects of life, including relationships, mood, physical discomfort, anxiety, and how we react to everyday situations. Even events that seem “small” can leave a lasting imprint if not fully processed.

Sessions involve guiding you into a calm, relaxed state where we work with the subconscious mind. You remain in control the entire time. The goal is to explore and gently shift patterns that may be rooted in past experiences - at your own pace and comfort level.
